מרכזת אקדמית ביוזמה. במסגרת תפקידה מרכזת את "ועדת הערכים" שעוסקת בחינוך לערכים ובאמצעים להערכתם. קודם לכן לימדה במכללה האקדמית הדסה בחוג לפוליטיקה ותקשורת למן הקמתו, שימשה יועצת הוועדה הפרלמנטרית למאבק בסחר בנשים, ריכזה את המחקר בעמותת "תחבורה היום ומחר" ושימשה עורכת משנה בכרך "העברית: שפה, תרבות וחינוך" של כתבי ז'בוטינסקי. בעלת תואר ראשון (2003) ושני (2005) בהצטיינות במדע המדינה מהאוניברסיטה העברית, ותואר שלישי במדע המדינה בתוכנית מלגאי הנשיא מאוניברסיטת בר אילן (2009). מחקרה התמקד בגיבוש זהות לאומית וערכים במערכת הפוליטית בישראל.
نيريت طوبول مركّزة أكاديميّة في "مركز يوزما". تركّز في إطار عملها "لجنة القيم" التي تهتم بالتربية للقيم وبأدوات تقييمها. في السابق، درّست في الكليّة الأكاديميّة "هداسا" في قسم السياسة والاتّصال منذ إنشاء القسم، وكانت مستشارة اللجنة البرلمانيّة لمكافحة الاتّجار بالنساء. ركّزت البحث في جمعيّة "مواصلات اليوم والغد"، وكانت نائبة رئيس التحرير للمجلّد "العبريّة: لغة، ثقافة وتربية" لكتابات جابوتينسكي. حاصلة على شهادة البكالوريوس (2003) والماجستير (2005) بامتياز في العلوم السياسيّة من الجامعة العبريّة، وعلى شهادة الدكتوراه في العلوم السياسيّة في برنامج منح الرئيس من جامعة "بار إيلان" (2009). يتمحور بحثها حول بلورة الهويّة القوميّة والقيم في الجهاز السياسيّ في إسرائيل.
Nirit Topol is the Academic coordinator in "Yozma'. As part of her role, she coordinates the "Values Committee", which deals with education for values and the means for evaluating them. Prior to its establishment, she taught at the Hadassah Academic College in the Department of Politics and Communication from its founding, served as a consultant to the Parliamentary Committee to Combat Trafficking in Women, coordinated research at Transportation Today and Tomorrow, and served as co-editor of Jabotinsky's Hebrews: Language, Culture and Education. Holds a bachelor's degree (2003) and a master's degree (2005) with honors in political science from the Hebrew University, and a doctorate in political science from the Presidential Scholarship Program at Bar Ilan University (2009). Her research focused on the formation of national identity and values in the Israeli political system.
